Recycles Collected Every Other Week can be mixed in bin: cleaned glass jars/bottles, aluminum & tin cans, plastics (1 thru 7), magazines, catalogs, phonebooks, junkmail, envelopes, all color office paper, paper grocery bags, chipboard food boxes, newspapers & inserts, flattened-cardboard boxes in 3-ft sections. Snow Removal from Sidewalks

The depositing of snow into the street is prohibited.

Also, regarding the removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and business districts - it is the responsibility of the owner or tenant to remove snow and ice from sidewalks within 2 business hours after the snow or ice ceases to fall. In residential districts the owner or tenant of the building shall, within four daylight hours after the snow or ice ceases to fall, remove said snow or ice from the sidewalk . . . subject to fines.
