Spring Cleaning Event Will Beautify Community's Natural Features Print E-mail

Following a successful November cleanup event, Brentwood Borough is inviting residents to assist with a second effort to remove litter and debris for a portion of our municipality known as “The Hollow.” As a topographically steep, heavily wooded area in the middle of a dense suburban environment, these portions of Brentwood Avenue and Wanley Road are unfortunately sometimes used as an illegal dumping ground. By participating in this April 19th event, volunteers will be demonstrating community pride by helping to reclaim this pastoral setting.  Interested participants can join us at the corner of East Francis and Brentwood Avenues at 10AM.
