2018 Recycling Schedule

Recycling is every other week.  Place all items in your container, recycle the following: Plastics 1-7, Aluminum/Steel/Bi-Metal Cans, Clear/Amber/Green Glass, Shipboard, Junk Mail, Magazines, Catalogs, Paperback Books, Newspapers and Newspaper Inserts, Office Paper, Phone Books, Mile or Juice Cartons with Gable Tops, Juice/Soy Milk Boxes, Aseptic Containers and Corrugated Cardboard (Must be cut or flattened to fin in the container).

The Borough’s contract with Republic Waste covers only residential service.  Commercial property owners, including the landlords of residential properties with four or more individual units, are required to privately contract with a licensed waste hauler of their choice.  To view the collection schedule or to learn more about our recycling program, please view the documents below.
