For over 100 years, Brentwood Borough has served its residents from a structure at 3624 Brownsville Road. But in just six short months, our operations will shift to an all-new facility that is located one block to the south. The site that presently houses our municipal building is prime property, and Brentwood is committed to ensuring that it is redeveloped in a way that produces the maximum benefit for the community. Council specifically envisions that this parcel will be reused to house a combination of retail space and residential apartments. The Borough seeks to reach this outcome through a two-step process; prior to soliciting full bids, Brentwood will pre-qualify those firms that demonstrate a capacity to complete a project that will produce the greatest fiscal, economic, and social returns to our municipality. Interested developers may request a copy of the submittal requirements by contacting Borough Manager George Zboyovsky via email at gzboyovsky @ and including the phrase "RFQ 2020-01: Existing Site Development Project" in the subject line. The legal notification associated with this project can be viewed here.
